RAW CACAO ENERGY BALLS

Ingredients

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1 scoop collagen (I like the brand CanPrev)
  • 12 pitted medjool dates soaked in water for 5 minutes to soften
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients, except dates, into a food processor and pulse to break up the nuts and seeds.

  2. Then add in dates and blend until mixture sticks together.

  3. Using your hands, roll into balls and place onto a parchment lined dish.

  4. Place in the fridge for 15 minutes to slightly harden.

  5. These will last about 1 week in the fridge. 

  6. You can also roll them in coconut flakes or chopped pistachios
