Loading up on antioxidants is super easy with this smoothie, and the rich vibrant colors of these berries are so beautiful. I like to load up on berries near the end of summer and freeze them so I can use them during the fall and winter months. The addition of brazil nuts gives this smoothie a boost of selenium, and the bee pollen adds many essential B vitamins. This is definitely a great pick-me-up smoothie for those extra busy days!
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 4 to 5 Brazil nuts
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon bee pollen
- Unsweetened coconut flakes, for garnish
- Blend together
