Hey there Gorgeous! I help women lose weight and balance their hormones with delicious food. I’m so glad you’re here and I’m happy to help support you in achieving more vibrant health.

Diet plays a vital role in your health and wellbeing. And I know first hand how diet can impact your hormones and body. 

My teen years were spent eating junk food, fast food and a whole lotta carbs. I thought I was eating healthy. You know, low fat, artificial sweeteners, whole wheat pasta. 

My periods were painful and consisted of cramping, headaches, breakouts and lots of discomfort. And of course, as with most women, I was handed the pill and told it would help to balance my hormones and all will be fine. 

If only I knew then what I know now about synthetic hormones and the negative impact the pill has on ovulation, ovaries, gut health and the liver. Not to mention how ALL hormonal contraceptives raise the risk of breast cancer. 

In my early twenties I started to take my health more seriously. I went to the gym, started taking supplements and dove deeper in nutrition and food.

After graduating from the University of Toronto with a BA, I went to the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition to study Holistic Nutrition. I sat front of class every time, eyes wide and so excited to learn about the human body. It was here that I decided to ditch the pill, clean up my diet and developed a deeper connection to my hormones and body. 

More recently, I was diagnosed with Autoimmune Hashimoto’s. Autoimmunity runs in my family and with the stress of running a business and taking on a lot of projects, not to mention environmental toxin exposure; my immune system was given the perfect little storm to go haywire.

Currently, I am studying to be a Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist and continue to study in all areas of hormonal health to bring you the most current and up to-date information. 

As a women and a hormonal health practitioner, I am devoted to helping other women achieve their optimal health using nutrition, lifestyle strategies and holistic protocols to bring about healing, balance and more vitality. And it’s been going through my own personal journey of healing that I am truly able to connect and support other women in achieving their optimal health.

INITIAL 1-HOUR CONSULTATION CALL // $250+ HST 

In this 1-hour session, we will review your main health concerns and goals. Your intake forms, health history and food journal will all be reviewed during this call (intake forms are emailed to you upon payment). This is a deep dive into all areas of your health, so we can work together to create the best nutrition + supplement protocol and put a strategic plan of action in place. Come to this session with all your questions, so we can address the most important areas of concern and get you on the path forward to optimal health. If you decide you would rather invest in my 4-month 1-1 coaching program, you may upgrade this option to a monthly package at the monthly package rate less the cost of the initial consultation.

*Please note – Customized Meal Planning is an additional $150-$250, depending on the type of plan you need

Have we already coached together for our initial intake? If so, great! Now it’s time to follow up, get support, accountability and modify your plan and protocols. During our follow up sessions, we discuss what’s working, not working, what needs to be modified and create the best plan of action so you can move forward feeling confident in your healing journey. Come to this session with all your questions, so we can address the most important areas of concern and get you on the path forward to optimal health. If you decide you would rather invest in my 4-month 1-1 coaching program, you may upgrade this option. Follow-up sessions can be booked in as frequently as you need them for long term ongoing support.
