My wellness program is designed to help you take the guess work out of food, nutrition and supplementation. We would work together to address your imbalances and set out specific goals.
My approach is to address the many areas that make up your health. From lifestyle, to environment, to food and sleep, I take a comprehensive approach to healing the body. I believe in eating real, whole foods, like pastured grass fed meats, high quality fats, lots of green veggies and being conscious of inflammatory foods such as gluten, dairy and grains. I also believe in utilizing quality supplements and botanicals to assist in healing and treating disease.
It takes time for hormones to heal and every case is different. It can take anywhere from 3 months up to a year for certain hormonal imbalances to resolve.
