I love Valentines day because it’s a great way for me to get creative in the kitchen and whip up something chocolatey, decadent and sweet. Really, it’s just an excuse for my to get my bake on because I love baking!
I end up saving my boyfriend a lot of money every year because I don’t need teddy bears, I’m really good at killing flowers and when it comes to baked goods and treats, I can whip that up on my own!
I wanted to share with you 7 of my favourite Valentines Day treats (some chocolate, some not, but all delicious) that you can whip up and enjoy with your hunny.
First up, my No Bake Peanut Butter Pie. It’s insanely good and will make any man really happy! Click here for the recipe.
Second, my Best Ever Decadent Chocolate Brownies are moist, fluffy and hands down the best brownie I’ve ever made. Click here for the recipe.
Third on the list (and might I add, these are in no particular order), are my Raspberry Cacao Hemp Hearts. You can whip these up in a few minutes and they contain lots of heart healthy fats. And it just so happens to be heart health month too! Click here for the recipe.
Fourth up, this recipe isn’t meant for eating, although it is totally edible, is my Chocolate Lovers Massage Butter. It’s a simple DIY recipe that contains zero chemicals so you can feel good about putting it on your skin. Click here for the recipe.
Next up are my Paleo Vanilla Cupcakes with Chocolate Avocado Frosting. These were a huge hit on my blog. In fact, I think they were one of the most popular downloaded recipes ever on my site. Clearly, that must mean everyone loved them! Click here for the recipe.
Sixth on the list are my No Bake Sun Butter Bars. I’ll have to admit, these are one of my personal favs. Can you tell I like no bake recipes? These are super easy to make and kid approved! Click here for the recipe.
And lastly, these Raw Cacao Energy Bites are another simple and easy recipe to whip up. Get creative by adding in your favourite nuts, seeds or dried fruits. As a Valentines bonus, you can roll the dough out and use heart shaped cookie cutters to make raw cacao cookies! Yum! Click here for the recipe.
