Today on the podcast I’m sharing my story of my recent miscarriage 💕 and although there’s sadness, grief and heartache (you might want to grab some Kleenex for this episode), there is also so much magic on the other side of the pain.

My miscarriage happened while I was hosting my retreat a few weekends ago and although it felt like “bad” timing, it was actually divine timing💫

I’m sharing this story because I know so many other women have experienced the grief of miscarriage and I want you to know you’re not alone. Through sharing our stories, we can help to heal others.

‘Tis the season! 🎃 couldn’t resist whipping

‘Tis the season! 🎃 couldn’t resist whipping up this pumpkin pie coffee creamer (which is waaaay better than Starbucks by the way!). It’s super easy to make. Here’s the recipe👇

Ingredients:
— 1 and a 1/2 cups milk of choice
— 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
— 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
— cinnamon (use to your hearts desire!)
— 1-2 tbsp maple syrup

Add all ingredients to a pot and warm up on the stove. Set aside to cool and store in the fridge for up to a week 👌
