Today on the show, Samantha is joined by nightclub owner turned psychedelic guide, Eddy Phimphrachang. After close to a decade of owning and operating a restaurant and nightclub, Eddy experienced a health and life crisis that became the catalyst for his transition into the health and fitness industry, as a gym owner and beach body extraordinaire. Although this was a step in the right direction, Eddy’s physical and mental health complications still lingered in these roles. Nowadays, Eddy lives in Toronto, working on his urban home sanctuary where he helps clients shed layers of mental and emotional stress through bodywork, breathwork, and guided psychedelic experiences. In this episode, Eddy and Samantha break down each step of Eddy’s remarkably diverse journey from 19 year-old restaurant owner to becoming a full-time psychedelic facilitator.
In this episode of The Wellness Witch Podcast:
- How Eddy went from 19-year-old entrepreneur to psychedelic facilitator
- Eddy’s shift of focus from his external world to his internal world
- How being exposed to different cultures can shake up our worldview
- What to expect from guided psychedelic healing sessions
