Peachy-keen Morning Smoothie, Black Bean Tacos, Sweet Beets & Greens and Other Goodness for Meatless Monday!

It’s Monday morning, your half asleep and don’t have the energy to make breakfast! What ever will you do?! I know I know!!! Make my peachy-keen smoothie that is worth every last sip! Nothing beats the sweetness of organic peaches. They are loaded with potassium, vitamin C, beta-carotene and super rich in eye protective lutein! So drink up this sweet and juicy goodness and your morning will be off to a healthy start!

Peachy-keen Morning Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 organic peaches
2 cups water
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp ground flax
1 tsp MCT oil
3-4 ice cubes

Blend together in a high speed blender
