Paul Saunders, PhD, ND, obtained his PhD from Duke University in Forest Ecology and Botany. He then earned a diploma in naturopathic medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and went on to earn a subsequent degree in naturopathic medicine, completing residency in homeopathic medicine from National College of Naturopathic Medicine. He has served the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine as Clinic Director, Associate Dean, Chief Naturopathic Officer, Chair and Professor of Materia Medica.
