A: Yes. Our group coaching and weekly Q&A is held online within our Facebook Group and there is no 1-1 personal coaching sessions.
How long will it take me to go through the entire program?
A: The Metabolic Reset is a full 8 week program.
How much time per week do I need to set aside to complete the program?
A: You will need to set aside at least 3-4 hours a week to prep food and get organized with your meal plans.
I’m going to be out of town next month, will I fall too far behind? 
A: NOPE! This is about being flexible and doing what you can versus doing nothing. We’ll be here to help you implement strategies while you travel or attend events/parties.
