Pumpkin purée is loaded with vitamin A + C and lots of fiber = all things that support hormones + cellular health + the gut.

Then to take it up a notch, I add in a host of hormone healthy ingredients (I don’t really measure ingredients, but here’s what it looks like) —> 

Milk of choice + 1/3 cup pumpkin purée + 1/2 frozen banana + @canprev collagen + @eversiowellness balance blend + scoop of your fav vanilla protein + hemp seeds + almond butter + pumpkin pie spice + extra cinnamon 👌

Top with some cacao nibs or hemp seeds and you’re golden 🙌🏻

I don’t have exact measurements for this, but it’s reeeeally simple to make and hard to mess up 👉

— chickpea pasta + 1 can of tuna + freshly chopped dill + chopped cucumber + chopped green onion + crumbled feta. Drizzle with some olive oil and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice 😋

Add in your fav veggies or use salmon, chicken or beef in place of tuna. You do you!
