  • At the end of the day, do something that’s not stimulating and allow your mind to truly relax. Nothing does that better than being in nature. So leave your phone for a while and go for a walk.
  • Supplement with ashwagandha (2 to 5 grams before going to bed).
  • Take medicinal mushrooms.
  • Supplement with a vitamin B complex.
  • Practice grounding.
  • Practice qigong.
  • Do the Legs Up the Wall Yoga pose.
