The Divine Feminine Mushroom Retreat will go down

The Divine Feminine Mushroom Retreat will go down as one of the best weekends in my life.   Together, with my beautiful soul sister @iambreastcancerthriver we held space for 8 magnificent women.   Women who had never done mushrooms in a ceremony setting (psychedelic mushrooms), nor did they understand what it meant to “journey” on shrooms.

Women who took a leap to join us for 4 days and dive into transformation, breath work, up-leveling, connecting with themselves, their soul and the unknown.

I witnessed the most amazing transformations🙏

Last Thursday, these women pulled up to our retreat space, although happy, laughing and excited to connect, underneath they held uncertainties, fears, doubt, sadness and grief.

And they left on Sunday as transformed women. They shed pieces of themselves. They let go. They went to the depths of joy, grief, sadness, shadow, light and all the emotional waves that life brings us.

Some of them signed up for their first reiki practitioner class, another women changed her instagram handle and pivoted in her business - they are making moves. QUICKLY.

They are leaning in and going for it.

They are trusting their soul. They are trusting the whispers they are hearing and instead of dwelling, making up stories, sitting in fear, they are taking up space and DOING THE THING!

That’s the beauty of witnessing yourself. Your TRUE self. You see your old stories, behaviours, bad habits and you recognize how it’s been keeping you stuck.

Once you see it, you can’t UNSEE it. Making it easy to dissolve and let go.

My heart is so full of gratitude.

It brings me to tears to know that I got to play a small role in their journey and transformation.

As a facilitator, I am proud for the work I did. For holding space. For helping women see beyond their stories and nudging them into discomfort, both mentally, emotionally and physically.

It was PURE MAGIC 💫

Outside of personal shifts, I’m certain that collectively we shifted energy on this planet, sending out so much love & gratitude.

This is a gentle reminder to lean in.
To trust the unknown.
To be willing to be seen.

Through the discomfort is where you will find your magic💫
