The 3 areas that I’m focusing on (and tell my clients too as well), that also make a huge shift with hormonal balance are:

I’m turning 40 in May (and planning an epic cele I’m turning 40 in May (and planning an epic celebration – well actually, hoping that Hubby is taking care of that one!)

There’s something about heading into your 40’s. 

Maybe it’s that you give less f**ks what people think - Note that I said LESS, meaning it’s still something I’m working on. 

But there’s been a sort of “homecoming.” A reconnection back to myself.

Less judgements. 
More fun. 
More honoring what my body needs.
More nourishment – on all levels. 

I want to head into my 40’s feeling strong, confident, energized, feminine. 

For many years I followed the hustle culture to grow my business. 
I jumped on diet bandwagons. 
I shamed myself for being hungry or wanting more carbs.
I obsessed over thyroid antibody labs and doubted my protocols to heal. 
I people pleased. 
I neglected boundaries. 

About 2 years ago things really started to shift for me. I started asking myself how it would feel to:

trust my cravings
honor when my body wanted to rest
work less
delegate more
take longer breaks
honor the woo-woo side of myself
eat more ancestrally and go against diet culture
experiment with breathwork and plant medicine

And lo and be’hold, life transformed. 

My nervous system took a deep breath. I think I literally heard it say THANK YOU. My energy increased. My antibody levels dropped. My libido skyrocketed. My grey hairs went away (seriously!). More peace, calm and femininity started to emanate from my being. 

My Naturally Nourished program was born from this. I wanted to create a space where women can experience their own homecoming.
